A drive of less than 1 ½ hours from OK City and 2 hours from the Dallas area takes you to a private, completely renovated home that offers accommodations for up to 10 guests. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in close proximity of all local attractions. Turner Falls Park, Chickasaw Recreation area, the Chickasaw Cultural Center and Lake of the Arbuckles are all within 10 minutes driving distance.
The spacious living room and dining area boasts stylish furniture and a beautiful fire place that offers additional warmth on colder winter days. The master bedroom with queen size bed, full bath and a well equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker complete the accommodations on the first floor.
The lower floor affords additional accommodations in a separate bed room with two bunk beds. A second living/room bed room with fire place contains another bunk bed plus sleeper sofa for 4 additional guests. The second full bath with shower ensures that hygiene needs for all guests can be met.
The separate game room with full sized pool table, fussball (German), air hockey and shuffleboard games makes this home a kid’s paradise especially on long evenings or on days when mother nature does not want to cooperate.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
RATES: 2 nights: $250..00 per night plus sales tax of 6.5%.
5 night stays receive a 10% discount, 6 or more nights 15% discount
Weekly Rate: $1400.00
max Occupancy- 10 guests
We also offer a 10% active military and Law Enforcement member discount during the main season.
Cancellation and other policies are part of the reservation process and need to be agreed
